can you hook up an internal cd drive to a laptop externally some process?

Answer:

Sure man, freshly get a cd inclosure. They can run sour usb or firewire. Just search Ebay for ring cd drive and they will pop right up
they do make enclosure that you can put an external drive into then hook it up via usb or firewire see contact
If you have an IBM laptop, you can use an Expansion Bay, which will allow to make a payment the internal drive into the Expansion Bay and then connect the Expansion Bay to the PC. The Expansion Bay may also work near other PCs, but the drive probably has to be an IBM. Or if you are an machinate, you can probably figure out how to jerry rig the connections (which is possible beside the right connectors), but if that were the armour, you probably wouldn't be asking.
