Cant burn HDVD-9?

i'm using double covering cd/dcd rom and may i know why my laptop cant burn hdvd-9? does my laptop support hdvd-9. it shows reading disc failed.

It should. I've played alot of Haji movies on my computer, they are all DVD-9
most probably ur writer dosent support HD burning or ur software dosent support, use a soft resembling cyberlink power2go, and try burning. if that dosent work well ur writer dosent support HD burning
the laptop may not support burning 9s' .. perchance only reading them ..
It's because your burner doesn't support dual division burning
