Cant eject disc out of the tray on my laptop?

Have a cd surrounded by the laptop cant get it out lights are not on on the tray and i cant turn past its sell-by date my computer and turn it back on grounds its a killdisk cd and it will ruin my laptop

please help

Answer:

Get a paperclip and unbend it. Insert it into the little hole within the cd tray (you'll see it). Push it in meekly and the tray will pop out.
There is a small hole just below the disk tray, stick a toothpick or something within there and the tray will pop embark on
if you have Microsoft you can run into My Computer and select the drive the CD is within and right click and select Eject.

I hope this helps..
