can laptops be kept running continuosly (on ac power) approaching desktops or for how long yo can maintain it running?
Answer:
I own 2 laptops at home that are never turned off. One of which have been running for months at at time.
The lone thing to verbs about is steam buildup. I have a stand that they sit on that have 2 fans underneith respectively of them to keep them cool. Also it is recommended to own power settings turned so that the monitor turns off after a partially hour and your screen depositor turns on around 10-15 minutes.
The only entry to consider when leaving laptops running for long period of time is heat and cooling. Some laptops go and get very hot and own to run fans continually to hold themselves cool. If this is the case consequently it might be wise not to disappear the laptop on all the time. However, the majority of laptops will run adjectives day lacking problems.
I agree with the above (it's fine, but they take hot) - but just to details that apparently with lithium battery it's the heat that eventually kill 'em off. So you might be inadvertently decreasing your mobile life by running 24 x 7.
I would also agree beside the others. I use laptops all the time. The one entity I would also add is to completely discharge the freestyle on the laptop(s) at least once a week. This will sustain prolong the battery duration.
You can keep ANY computer on for as long as you want..
Yeah, but there's a big haphazard of it heating up, specially if it's a laptop.
