I own a fairly latest Vaio Sony Laptop/Notebook and it is Vista Compatible. I got it in the region of 5 or 6 months ago. It has the best nouns and video cards, but lately I keep on losing the nouns on my computer. I opened the Control Panel and next clicked on sound devices and it said that i didn't hold any sound. Also, the nouns device doesn't show in my odd job bar. Can someone please minister to me get the nouns back!

go to sony.com and you can find them within.
first i would try to play a music file and see if you can here anything. also you may not enjoy the sound on (turned on) get to the control panel and sounds and audio icon. consequently make sure that your speakers are not muted if they are not you can click the check box to allow you to own a sound deity in the favour bar. if neither of these works buy a couple of cheap speakers if you dont mind carrying them around (or just use earbuds.)
